950 saved records cover 949 token pairs and one special SinkPool. Four completed weeks begin 17 Sep, 24 Sep, 1 Oct and 8 Oct 2026. Inventory and earlier-block votes use Base block 52,731,839; reward reads were collected at different times.
For five pools, a four-week mean of one FEES token produces a raw-unit baseline. The commitment binds the pool, token, epoch, evidence rules and source hashes. No LLM inference or trained forecasting model is used.
Five verifier contracts and a Base RPC probe were deployed to stable Hosted Studio, chain 61999. Read deployed source, compare SHA256 and inspect current state from this interface. Saved receipts remain available when the API cannot be reached.
After 29 Oct 2026 00:00 UTC, collect finalized Base evidence for the same pool, token and week. Report valid evidence and forecast accuracy separately. End-to-end FEES settlement and independent public validator validation are still open.
